PREPARING FOR THE SHOOT
How much notice do you need to book in the shoot?
We recommend booking the shoot well in advance. This allows your members to 'save the date' and coordinate their family schedules appropriately. At the latest, we would need 3-4 weeks notice.
How much space do you require to do the shoot?
Is there anything else you need?
We require an indoor space of 5x5m. The site must be powered.

We also need x2 chairs and a table.
As you shoot each athlete individually, can our members just show up at any time and have their pic taken?
No.

For us to create the best team pic possible we need as many athletes from the same team to arrive at their scheduled time. That way we can plan out the photo, depending on the number of players and their height. We can of course accommodate the odd athlete who doesn't make their team's session.
What sport equipment should we make available?
We love to shoot with props! Please make sure we have access to clean and appropriate aged sized equipment for your sport.
We will ask your members to bring along their own equipment, if it is applicable.​
Do players need to wear clean uniforms?
Yes. The pics will​ only be as good as the presentability of each player. A large portion of this is ensuring the cleanliness of their uniform. We strongly recommend that each player has cleaned their club uniform prior to photo day. Please keep this in mind when scheduling the date/s of your club's photo shoot.
Are the coach and team manager included in the team photos?
It's up to you. Although we personally think that the team photos look better without team officials. Especially for the younger aged teams. The children will be proportionally smaller compared to the size of the frame, if an adult is in the same image. Therefore the focal point shifts away from the children in order to accommodate for the height of the adult. We can talk more about this when you book.
