How It Works...
Introducing our mobile studio, which can be set up right in your clubhouse on photo day. All we need is an indoor space of approximately 5 x 5 meters with access to power, a table and two chairs and we'll handle the rest.
​
We will arrive on site an hour early to set up our professional camera equipment, so we're ready to photograph your players as soon as they arrive.

Critical Steps...
Shoot Timeline
First we need to establish a shoot day and time.
​
Depending on the size of your netball club, this may span multiple dates.
​
Game day is for action pics!
​
Training days are possible, however players must be photographed before practice. For best results, we recommend making your team photos a stand-alone event.
Template Selection
Once our services are booked, we will direct you to a template page. Have a look at each team design and select one that best suits your club.
​
Each template has a series of standard products associated with your selected design.
​
We also need a copy of your netball club's logo.
Products
When the team template has been approved, we will get busy customising the rest of your club's unique products:​

Memory Mate (the combination of a team and portrait in one print)

Shoot Timeline
Your club must download, complete and return two forms:
Team Roster:
We need some details about each team, including:

Team name/age division
-
Each players' first and last name
-
Parent phone/email

Photo Day Run Sheet:
We need a schedule of when each team will be photographed.
We can usually photograph a team within 15 minutes.
Your Members
We communicate directly with the members of your netball club, mostly via email, exclusively about our photoshoot.

Smile - Shoot Day
We turn up on time and shoot on time.
The gallery details (unique website URL and password) of each child, will be sent directly to their parent, via SMS. This will happen at the same time they are photographed.
​
All coaches/team managers will be urged to request access to the Proofing Room. This is where they will be able to review and approve their team photo.
After the shoot, we go straight to work, meticulously creating each team photo.
Upon completion, we share the team photos in your club's Proofing Room.
Once approved, we promptly create a wide range of products for each athlete.
Finally, parents will be notified via SMS and email, that their child's pics are now ready to be viewed.
Post Shoot...
Photo Delivery...
Your club will receive free delivery on their orders! All orders will be sent to the club for parent collection. This avoids additional delivery fees for club members. Each order will be clearly labelled with the athlete name and organised by team. Your members will still be able to order past this point, however additional costs such as shipping, will be incurred.
Getting Social...
As part of our team photography service, we will provide your club with a variety of social media graphics. You are expected to post over the different phases of the event:
